Enjoy preparing meals in this large, eat-in kitchen that boasts 2 sinks, a full-sized freezer/refrigerator with water purifier and icemaker, an electric oven and stove, a microwave, coffee maker, lots of cabinet and counter space plus a lunch counter with stools. We provide all the equipment: can opener, hand mixer, toaster, pots and pans, cooking utensils, dishes, bowls, glasses and cups, pitcher and serving bowls, silverware, kitchen towels and tablecloths, dish soap, dishwasher soap, sponges, paper towels. Internet connection available.

Bedroom 2: upstairs, river view, Queen sized Platform bed sleeps 2 adults. Air-conditioned. Full bath with shower (no tub) shared with Bedroom 3. Full closet.

Bedroom 3: upstairs, woodland view, Double bed sleeps 2 adults. Portable fan. Full bath with shower (no tub) shared with Bedroom 2. Full closet.

Den 1: downstairs, river view, woodland view, sliding door to deck with sitting area on deck, ceiling fan, double bed, small cedar closet. Sleeps 2 adults OR 2 children. Full bath (shower only, no tub) shared with living area.

Den 2: downstairs, woodland view, side view of river, twin bed sleeps 1 adult. Full bath (tub only, no shower) shared with Bedroom 1. Portable fan. Internet connection available.

Wheelchair accessibility: the front entrance of the house has a wheelchair ramp. However the bathrooms are not legally wheelchair accessible. The bathrooms are walker-accessible. (2 people in wheelchairs who could use walkers to access bathrooms were comfortable with the arrangements.) The boat dock is not wheelchair accessible.
