Reservations
To make a reservation, first check our Calendar for availability, then download the Guest Lease Rental Agreement and the Lease Application in Portable Document Format (PDF).

Please call 1 (315) 713-8010 to let us know you are interested and sending in your application and what dates you’re hoping to reserve. We’ll make certain your dates are available and agree upon the amount of the deposit, and answer any questions you might have. Then you can mail the Lease Application and the Guest Lease Rental Agreement, filled out and signed, along with a certified or bank check or money order.

Rentals are Saturday to Saturday with a one-week minimum.

Check in time: Saturday at 3:00 p.m.
Check out time: Saturday at 9:00 a.m.

Reservation Payments:
A rental deposit of $600 is required to reserve the Log Home, with 50% of the rental amount due 60 days prior to arrival plus a security deposit of $700. For the one-bedroom vacation home, a rental deposit of $500 is required, with 50% of the rental amount due 60 days prior to arrival plus security deposit of $400. The balance will be due 30 days prior to arrival paid in money order or cashier’s check. In the event your reservation is made less than 30 days prior to your arrival, we ask you to make immediate and prompt payment. Your dates are not guaranteed until deposit and signed rental agreement is received. Any payment made less than 30 days prior to arrival must be in the form of a bank/cashier’s check or money order; personal checks will not be accepted. An additional $35 service fee will apply to each check returned for insufficient funds. Renters must be minimum age of 21.

Deposit
A refundable Security Deposit of $700 for the log home or $400 for the one-bedroom vacation home is due 60 days prior to arrival. This deposit will be mailed back within 2 weeks after your departure, provided there is no damage. The tenant is responsible for any damages exceeding the amount of the deposit; the balance will be due within 1 week of your departure.

Cancellations and Change Reservation Policies:
Rental fees are 50% refundable 30 days or more prior to arrival date, and non-refundable 29 days or less before arrival date.

Policies
We welcome guests who are willing to cooperate with our policies:

No smoking anywhere on premises.
No pets please. We can suggest boarding kennels and pet groomers in the area.
Children are welcome with the understanding that they need careful supervision at all times.
No large parties or loud gatherings. This home is located on a no-access lane with almost no traffic. This is a private neighborhood where families come to enjoy a quiet retreat. No weddings or other parties without prior permission.
Reasonably quiet after 9 p.m. We have neighbors who value the quiet atmosphere of the area. Many of the homeowners are fishermen and nature-lovers who go to bed quite early and arise early.
Lifeguards are not provided. Swim at your own risk.
Occupancy is limited to registered guests only. No overnight visitors not listed on the Lease Application.
Fireworks are illegal in the state of New York. No fireworks are to be used anywhere on the property, and no fireworks are to be kept within the rental unit due to fire hazard.
No drinking of alcoholic beverages by persons under the age of twenty-one (21) is allowed on the premises.
